This page details how to insert a new advertiser group using a POST HTTP request.
The request URL includes a profileId
path parameter which is a required string in int64 format.
The request body must contain an instance of an AdvertiserGroup object.
A successful response body will contain the newly created AdvertiserGroup instance.
The request requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/dfatrafficking
OAuth scope for authorization.
Inserts a new advertiser group.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding
syntax.
