Bulk editing allows you to make multiple changes across accounts and advertising platforms at the same time. To automatically run bulk edits at the time and frequency you choose, you can also create an automated rule from a bulk edit.
Currently, in the new Search Ads 360 experience, you can make bulk edits to the following entities:
- Campaigns
- Ad groups
- Ads
- Product groups
- Keywords
- Negative keywords
- Search terms
- Devices
- Custom Dimensions
Instructions
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience .
- From the page menu on the left, click Campaigns, Ad groups, Ads, Product groups, or Keywordsto reach the corresponding page.
- Select multiple items by checking the box next to each item, then click Edit. You can edit attributes such as your bid, budget, or match type across all of your selected items.
- (Optional) Click Previewto review changes before committing them.
Keep in mind
In certain circumstances (especially when you’ve filtered your items by a performance metric), the number of items you select may not exactly match the number of items in the bulk edit confirmation message. This is because the data you select can change quickly, and may have changed while edits were being processed.
