LCD damaged or cracked Apple iPhone

Cracked iPhone Screen

So you have broken the glass screen on your iPhone?

A broken iPhone screen is an extreemly common problem, usually caused by some sort of physical damage - usually a drop. The touchscreen is made form a special type of glass and polymer mix it can easily be broken.

Not to worry we offer one of the most efficient iPhone Screen repair services in the UK. Our iPhone engineers can replace your screen while you wait in our London shop or you can post your iPhone in for a replacement screen.

Triple layer LCD screen

There are three parts to the latest iPhone Screen, the first and most outer layer is the glass that you see and is most likely broken if your reading this page, secondly is the digitiser layer under the glass, this is what senses what and where on the screen you are touching and finally the third and final layer of the iPhone screen is the LCD or retina display which is the part that actually shows you an image of colour and brightness.

Regardless of which layer of the iPhone screen is damaged we can repair it. On the later iPhone 4, 4S, and iPhone 5 the three layers mentioned above all come as one replaceable part and the price you see on our repairs page is for a complete replacement screen including glass, digitiser and LCD Screen.

Older iPhone screens

The older iPhone models such as the 3G and 3GS have 2 layers to the screen and can be replaced individually, so you can either replace the glass digitiser or the LCD screen and these are both listed separately on our repair pages.

It can be quite confusing as to which service you need to select when it comes to which part of your iPhone screen is damaged, so we have listed them below to simplify it for you:

Model Change as one or seperate
iPhone 3G / 3GS    Seperate
