    Hi, i have for the past month had a red itchy ring around the top of my penis skin (not circumsized) and the tip of my penis looks a bit swollen and is itchy. When i try and masturbate a white/yellow pus comes out and sometimes i do not get an orgasm and cannot finish.. This may go away for a day or two, but when i masturbate the next day it comes back. I do want to see a doctor, what could this be?

    You don't mention if you've have sex with another person (because these are STD , HVP or Yeast symptoms). If not then you probably injuried yourself from over masturbation and now you have a infection. The swollen area on the penis tip is very serious sign that you should address with a doctor. Stop masturbating and see a doctor or health clinic for STD testing . Locate a doctor near you
