    I have blood in my seminal sperm ejaculation fluid coming out of my penis after masturbating and sexual intercourse and i dont have money to see the doctor at this time, if somebody knows what this is please tell me, i'm terified. I don't have any pain in the balls area. Is it a STD, Injury, UTI or Prostate infection? Need doctor's advice.

    I totally 100% agree with Bindii. In fact, see a doctor first, and then pay the doctor back over a period of several months. Fifty dollars now is nothing compared to the many thousands it may cost if you wait, let alone your LIFE!

    If you have not been hit, kicked or injured in the testicles (balls) which would cause pain then, you would know what caused the blood in the seminal sperm ejaculation fluid .

    It is most likely in the absence of pain, fever or symptoms such as swelling of the testicles or a palpable lump, that you have simply had a small bleed from one of the blood vessels in the sperm producing apparatus for no specific reason. It would be advisable to attend your doctor or county health department for a check up to confirm all is well and put your mind at rest.
