There is so many medical conditions that could cause your bloody semen
Do not delay, do see your doctor. I know it isn't enjoyable talking to a doctor about such things, but rest assured your doctor will speak with you in a very professional proper understanding manner.

Blood in semen ejaculation fluid is not normal. Bloody semen could be something simple. Have you been injured lately.
Something that might caused the bleeding. Like has someone kicked you in the balls or been hit by a ball when playing sports?
Any over active behavior from your girlfriend. Did she squeeze your nuts real hard during foreplay?
Has it only happened once or do you see blood each time you ejeculate semen fluid? Masterbate into a white cup a couple of times to see if you still see blood.
Blow your load a couple of times and see if you continue bloody semin.John

I have same frightening experience the last month I had sexual intercourse
with my wife, I use the protection and after I ejaculated, I noticed that in the condom
protection I found blood with semen sperm.and it happend two days back also, after
ejection I am feeling vary tired.
I am 38 years old, feel healthy.

Antibiotics treatment

I'm confused! Why are people saying this is SO serious when I just took my bf to the hospital and the doctor shrugged it off and said quit worrying.
She said it happens, its not serious, now leave. He persisted that he was worried so she gave him antibiotics and they did nothing.
He's still ejaculating blood. It started a week ago and just happened again today. Doesn't happen when he urinates, just when he ejaculates.

Ok everybody can just STOP! Quit scaring these guys! This is why Docs say dont look at the internet because of aholes like these causing
mass panic over little things! Blood in semen is really quite common and happens a lot.
Usually only 3% of the men who experience this have anything that needs to be evaluated.
Keep an eye on it, if it keeps happening for more then 10 times see your doc. In the mean time ignore these aholes ok.
Bloody semen could be a serious underlying medical problem.
