タケクで昼食↑（ 2006 年 11 月 23 日、カムアン県、ラオス）

　ご飯は、おこわ（カオニャオ）を食べます。ティップカオという竹で編んだ籠に入ってきます。赤米のカオニャオもあります。おかずの代表は肉や魚にライム汁、レモングラス、香草などを混ぜて炒めたもの（ラープ）、焼きとり（ピンカイ）、青パパイヤサラダ（タムマークフン）です。スープは、酸味のきいた魚スープ（ケーンソムパー）、タケノコスープ（ケーンノーマイ）など。ソーセージや魚料理にも美味しいもがあります。 （続く）
