Restoring Faith as Japanese People

Looking around the world today, it is said that only Japan and North Korea have no religious beliefs.
Other countries have religion, whatever religion it may be.

Japan also has wonderful teachings such as Japanese Shinto, but after the war, its religious beliefs and human values have been denied at every turn.

In this situation, children cannot find the values of life, what they should not do, and what they should live for, even more so than children in other countries.

In North Korea, the children are still being brainwashed in a sense, though I do not say that it is good, but in a sense, they are being taught what they believe in, so they may suffer less.

However, Japanese children are suffering because they cannot find where to turn and what to believe.

What is God and what is the purpose of life?

So they have no choice but to live in a world of material values, where everything is denied to them.

I feel very sorry for the children of Japan today, even though they are materially rich.

Originally, Japan was a country of Yamato, a country that aimed for great harmony with nature. This is the image that Amateru-sama of the Japanese Shinto religion taught us: to live together with Mother Nature, as children of God, in accordance with God's will, in joyful harmony and harmony.

The mind of great harmony is the very form of Mother Nature, the very will of God.

In the great nature, trees and flowers, each boasting their own beauty, are in harmony as part of the whole of nature, coloring God's world. As God's children, human beings are also a part of nature.

Many guiding spirits, including those of the Japanese Shinto religion, have guided the people of Japan so that the children of God may utilize and enhance each other in order and decorum within the natural order of things.

In their teachings, the Japanese people have found the image of God in all things, and have lived beautifully and simply, in harmony with nature, with humility, civility, and a deep sense of faith.
