Go to BSC Scan webpage, on the search bar you could either input the token name or the token smart contract address. (As advice, searching by token smart address will be a more prudent approach as there are many phoney tokens with similar names to legit tokens.

How do we find out the Smart Contract Address of MaMa Shiba Inu Token (MMSHIB) in this specific example? Usually, the address will be listed on the token’s website. (I would question the legitimacy of a token if it doesn’t even have a website of its own). In this specific example, we can easily see MaMa Shiba Inu Token is shown as : 0x3f77fa5c5638b02db98ae29860db684e734d9d6e

This will pull out certain information that will be important such as the Token Tracker which will show the Logo of the Token, the Token Name ( MaMaShiba ) and the Token Label ( MMSHIB ). Looking at contract creator you are also able to see the address that created the token (usually defined as the developer wallet).

Now let’s click on the “Contract ” Tab. This tab is next to the “BEP-20 Token Txns” Tab. This will bring up the details and parameters (Also known as tokenomics) of MMSHIB . For the benefit of beginners, we will choose the “read” option for the contract (In future articles we will go into
