Finished in first-fill sherry hogshead casks and produced in very small batches, using barley malted with high levels of peat smoke at 57ppm.

Offering sweet vanilla and stewed fruit aromas, citrus and summer berry flavours and finishing with peat smoke and ginger.

57ppm という強いピートレベルで焚き込んだ麦芽を使い、ファーストフィルシェリーホグスヘッドでフィニッシュをかけたスモールバッチ生産の本商品。

甘いバニラ、ことこと煮たフルーツのアロマに、シトラスやサマーベリーの風味、ピートスモークやジンジャーのフィニッシュをお届けします。

テイスティングノート

Aromas : Sweet vanilla notes followed by red berries, fresh orange zest and smoky overtones.

香り：甘いバニラに続いてレッドベリー、フレッシュなオレンジゼストやスモーキーなニュアンス。

Palate : Smooth and creamy with stewed fruit flavours, Seville orange peel and hints of cracked black pepper and chared oak.

味わい ：煮込んだフルーツやセビーリャオレンジピール、かすかな粗挽きブラックペッパー、チャーしたオークの滑らかでクリーミーな風味。

Finish : Long lasting with lingering smoke and a hint of ginger.
