今回は自分とは異性である女性に絞ってみました。

人として同じようで、異別の存在。

自身と同じ男性を彫ると内省的に重く苦しみを感じさせる作品になると以前聞いたことがあります。異なる性である女性像に対した今回「内面＝隠す」がテーマとのこと。表情からは「強さ」を感じます。案内状作品「飾る月」は2017年個展時に未完成形を展示した作品です。

This time, I focused on women of the opposite sex.

They are the same as people, but they are different beings.

I once heard that if you carve a man who is the same as yourself, the work will be heavy and introspective, and you will feel pain. This time, the theme is "inner self = hiding" for a female figure of a different gender. You can feel "strength" from the expression. The invitation piece "Decorating the Moon" was exhibited in its unfinished form at a solo exhibition in 2017.
