相手を尊敬することがまず第一。Respecting a partner is the first.

日曜日に家内と家で過ごしたが、物置を組み立ててくれた人にお金を払おうとした時に、そのお金を払うタイミングや心付けの渡し方についてその人の前で彼女があれこれ口をはさんだ。彼女はしばしば人前で私のすることにあれこれ口を出す。あまり気分の良いものでなく、私を信頼しておらず尊敬していないのだなと思った。職場では尊敬されていると感じているのでいくら忙しくても楽しい。しかし家ではいつも馬鹿にされて軽く扱われているので楽しくない。どうして職場では楽しく家では楽しくないのか考えてみた。職場には信頼関係があり、家にはそれがないことに気が付いた。職場では私は一緒に働く人達を尊敬している。それで皆さんも私を尊敬してくれる。家では家内は私を尊敬してくれていないから私も彼女を尊敬していない。最も重要なのは相手を尊敬することであり、そうすれば相手も我々を尊敬してくれるものであると悟った。相手を尊敬することがまず第一である。家内を尊敬することに決めた。

I stayed in my home on Sunday with my wife.
When I was paying the worker money for building the shed , she spoke to me about the timing of paining
and the method of tipping in front of him.
She speak to me often for my act in company.
I didn't feel well, and thought she never trust me and never respect me.
I am respected by my co-workers in my work place, so I am very pleasing even though how much I was busy.
But I am not happy in my house as I am snubbed every time.
I thought why I am happy in my work place and unhappy in my home.
I realized that there is trust in my work place but in my home.
I respect my coworkers and they also respect me.
But in my house, my wife never respect me, and I also do not.
I realized that the most important is to respect others, and so other respect us too. Respecting others is the first.
I decided to respect my wife.
