◆はじめに◆
◆私が26歳でうつを煩ってから、私はうつと多くの戦闘を重ねてきました。その中で特に、MDAの山口代表、辻カウンセラー、スタッフの皆さんには多大なご支援をいただきました。また私の新宿時代の主治医さん、現在かかっている地元の主治医さん、カウンセラーさんにも多大なご支援をいただきました。これから、私が立ち向かうのは、もう限界を突破し、限界ぎりぎりの私が立ち向かうのは、やはり「うつ」に他なりません。今まで30余年あまりの人生において、最近の数年間ほどさまざまなものを失ったことはありませんが、同時に私は多くのご支援をいただいてきました。最後の私の戦いの果てに何が残るかはわかりませんが、どんな結果に終わっても、最後まであきらめません。本当にありがとうございます。◆

◆おわりに◆
◆私の周囲に存在していた現実はすでになくなり、その古き認知の枠組みだけが私に残っています。この古き認知がある限り、私は変わってしまった現実を受け止められないでしょう。そして、二度と現実を認識できないでしょう。古き認知を変える勇気も、新しい現実を生きる勇気も、私にはないのですから。私の症例からは、何も学ぶところがないでしょう。しかし、それでも、私はここまで生きたのだから、それで十分です。最後になりましたが、私の拙いブログをお読みくださった皆様に感謝いたします。皆様の人生に幸多きことを祈念しております。◆
