The problem is that the stock of the enterprise sold in the stock market is too expensive and the investment efficiency is bad.
The private investor should invest in the newborn business without the stock market. The procedure is below. Plan new business. Employ people who execute it. Organize until profit comes to keep being born automatically every year. In short, it is establishment of a business. Until stock investment is rationalized, start up many businesses and store the profit.

個人投資家は株式市場を介さずに直接的にビジネスに投資するべきだ。手順はこうだ。ビジネスを計画する。プランを実行する人達を雇う。毎年自動的に利潤を上げつづけるようになるまで組織化する。つまり起業だ。株式投資が合理化されるまで、ビジネスを立ち上げつづけ、利益を蓄積するのだ。
