Dear Friends,

I will be leaving Tokyo in Feburary for Shanghai in Feburary 2005.
Until that time I must find some people who would like to rent my house.
If you know of anyone who would like to rent a large rennovated house in Tokyo please introduce them to me.
If they decide to move in, I will give you 50,000 yen.
Below is a outline description of the house. I'm sure anyone, especially a family or people that like 'home', would be very comfortable and happy here. Inspection can be arranged anytime. Call: 090 9234 6951
Rent is 145,000Yen / month.

Basically
It is a 2 storey house with 100m2 living Space, plus walk on roof top. 3 upstairs bedrooms, bookshelves and lots of storage. Downstairs Dining/Living Room (17 mats) open planed with the kitchen (6 mats), Bathroom and shower room, Electronic toilet!
New
Brand new kitchen (NAS Stainless) which is open with the huge living/ dining room.
The living/ dining room has insulated varnished flooring throughout,rendered walls with teak stain/ varnished beams and columns.　
There is also a new Instantaneous Hot Water System which can also reheat the bath water. It is remotely controlled from both bathroom and Kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs pretty much unchanged except for some painting.
The walk on rooftop (屋上） is looking better than ever after a good scrub and 3 coats of special roof paint.
Position
The house is completely self standing and seperated from other houses on 3 sides by at least 4 metres allowing good sunlight throughout the year.
It is also very safe for children and pets to play around the house since no vehicles can pass directly. There is much green around outside.
Conveniences:
A large supermarket and convenience stores 3 minutes on foot.
School and bus stop (to Oji or Tabata stations) 1 minute walk.
Great friendly neighbours.
5 minutes walk to many green recreation areas, bicycle track, etc.
Closest stations Oji (Keihin Tohoku Line) and Tabata (Yamanote Line). Oji Station about 7mins on bicycle or bus. Tabata about 15 minutes by bicycle or bus.
