I watched the second episode of KUITAN.
that means a gluttonous detective.
He eats all the time, even during investigations.
And his affection for foods helps to solve
the questions of cases. I enjoy the plot.
Classical music, which was usually arranged,
was used in the drama often.
I think those music added some elegant taste,
to lack grace.
The key-food was Mapo Tofu in the episode.

えー、「喰いタン」第2回見ました。キーフードは麻婆豆腐でしたね。
上に麻婆豆腐のレシピが英語で見られるページを載せました。
よかったら覗いてみてください。
レシピの中に出てくるHot Bean Sauce は豆板醤に当たるのかな？
豆腐はbean curd // bean-curd // fermented bean curd //
soybean curd などと言えるようですが、tofuでもいいみたいですね。
そういえば、ニュージーランドでホームステイしているとき、
お店があってそこで材料を仕入れたんですけど、結構高かったです。
当たり前か。
ホームステイ仲間に中国出身の子がいて、とても料理上手でしたね。
この彼女、ホテルに泊まったときに、ご飯を炊きたいのに炊飯器ない
からといって、備え付けの湯沸しポット(むき出し電熱線入り）で
中国の人の料理(食)に対する熱意には感心させられます～。
