豊田合成 <7282> わしの初株
はこのほどコンパクトカー向け３６０度フルカバーエアバッグを開発した。トヨタ自動車 が発売したコンパクトカー「ｉＱ」車両に、従来のエアバッグを含め９個の同社製エアバッグが採用されるなど、今後の展開力に期待感が増しそうだ。 同社では、「後方からの衝突時に後席乗員の頭部を保護する世界初の『後突エアバッグ』、前面衝突時に乗員の腰を拘束する『シートクッションエアバッグ』を新規に開発。これにより従来のエアバッグとともにすべての席の乗員に対し、全方位での保護性能を向上し、衝突被害の軽減に寄与する」とコメントしている。 ０９年３月期は、円高や原材料高が利益を圧迫し、連結経常利益は前期比２８．８％減の３６０億円の予想だが、株価は、５日・２５日の両移動平均線のミニゴールデンクロス接近。予想ＰＥＲ７倍台、ＰＢＲ０．６倍台、予想配当利回り３．９％台とバリュエーションも割安。２７日の終値は１５円安の１１４８円。

野村証券は２７日付リポートで、レーティングを「２」（やや強気）から「３」（中立）に引き下げた。業績予想の修正について、追加の構造改革を実施した点は評価したものの、この規模では２０１０年３月期も減益は避けがたいとした。０７年に買収した液晶パネル企業や、現在進行中のＭ＆Ａ（企業の合併・買収）なども収益改善の足かせになりつつある点はネガティブとみている。 ゴールドマン・サックス証券は２８日付朝会サマリーで、目標株価を１８００円から１２００円に変更。投資判断「買い推奨」は継続している。下方修正幅がコンセンサスを大幅に下回り、短期的にネガティブな反応は避けられないだろうとした。ただ、０９年３月期のさらなる下ブレのリスクは低く、同業他社の今後の再下方修正幅は一層大きいと予想される点や、構造改革費用を織り込み１０年３月期増益に向けてあらゆる努力を惜しまない点が確認できたことはポジティブと評価した。 モルガン・スタンレー証券は２８日付モーニング・サマリーで、投資判断「アンダーウエート」（弱気）、目標株価１５００円を継続。主要製品の販売台数を変更していないなど、民生分野の修正幅が十分ではないとし、コンシューマー事業のダウンサイドリスクが残ると指摘した。ただ、構造改革の始動を早いタイミングで発信した点は前向きに評価。 クレディ・スイス証券は２７日付リポートで、投資評価「ニュートラル」（中立）、目標株価１４００円を継続している。同社の民生用エレクトロニクス業界における競争力が低下したとは言いがたいとしつつも、コンシューマー事業の製品単価下落の影響は想定以上との見方。ＡＶ機器全体での価格破壊がクリスマス商戦から起きていることを象徴する修正内容だが、現時点では０９年３月期中に実施する構造改革の効果が業績を支援するとの前提に立っている。

was in the heyday of hispower. I gather from talks with the old-timers that H. O. andhis following had all the resources of cash and clevernessnecessary to put through successfully any deal in their ownstock. They tell me that Havemeyer trimmed more smallprofessional traders in that stock than any other insider in anyother stock. As a rule, the floor traders are more likely tothwart the insiders' game than help it.

get the four thousand shares that tells me whether I am right inbuying that particular stock at that particular time for ofcourse I am working on the assumption that I have checked upgeneral conditions pretty well and they are bullish. I neverwant to buy stocks too cheap or too easily.

Well, if I get that four thousand at 113-3/4
I know something iswrong and I'll give a testing order that is, I'll sell onethousand shares to see how the market takes it. But suppose thatof the order to buy the four thousand shares that I put in whenthe price was 113-3/4 I get two thousand at 114 and five hundredat 114-1/2 and the rest on the way up so that for the last fivehundred I pay 115-1/2.

Say the price goes to 114. I think it is enough
for the time being. I now have a trading basis to work from. Iam long six thousand shares at an average of 111-3/4 and thestock is selling at 114. I won't buy any more just then. I waitand see. I figure that at some stage of the rise there is goingto be a reaction. I want to see how the market takes care ofitself after that reaction. It will probably react to where Igot my third lot. Say that after going higher it falls back to112-1/4, and then rallies. Well, just as it goes back to 113-3/4I shoot an order to buy four thousand at the market of course.
