数日前までは何の症状もなかった人の中に時に膵臓がんが見つかることがある。ある
患者さんは数日前から嘔気、嘔吐があると言って来院する。それまでは何ともなかっ
たが数日前から背中が痛いと言って来院する患者さんもいる。それらの患者さんにＣ
Ｔ検査をして、いきなり膵臓がんが見つかることがある。膵臓がんにはまだ十分な
治療法はない。予防が重要である。野菜を多く食べ煙草を吸わなければある程度予防
効果があると言われている。膵臓がんの予防法、早期発見法そして確かな治療法が進
歩してくれることを心より願っている。

We find out pancreatic cancer in the person who has no symptom until several
days before sometimes. Some patient come to hospital having a nausea and

although no symptom till several days before. After the examination by the
CT scan, some of them are diagnosed as pancreatic cancer suddenly. There is
still no sufficient therapy for this disease. Precaution against this
disease is important. It is said that you might be protect somewhat if you
take much vegetable and don’t smoke. We hope sincerely the progress of
precaution method , early detection and sufficient therapy method.
