先日職場の検診を受けた。血圧が高く、腹囲が基準を超えており、メタボリック症候群と診断された。聴力もかなり落ちているとのことだった。今まで自分の健康についてはあまり気にしていなかったが、これからはもっと健康に留意していこうと思った。

the criteria, and diagnosed as metabolic syndrome. Hearing ability was falling

Until now I have not really worried about my health, but from now ,
