でもさぁ～、体温が全然下がんないんだけどぉ～!!! ずっと、39.5℃だと、Madeleineもこのまま、さらにキャラが変になっちゃう。っていうか、脳が溶けちゃいそうな気がするぅ～。なんかベッドに横になってると、脳がどんどん溶けて、耳から流出しているような気がするのはMadeleineだけ？

「ねぇ、ヘルパーさん、どう思う？」とマジメに尋ねるMadeleine。ヘルパーさんの答え: 「大丈夫ですよぉ。溶ける脳なんて最初からないじゃないですかぁ～!!ねっ？(微笑)」そんな、微笑まれても･･･Madeleine、熱下がらないし、疑問も解けない･･･。

ヘルパーさんはさぁ、「あなたには最初から脳がない」って言いたかったのぉ？それとも、「人間の脳が溶けるわけない」って言いたかったのぉ？どっち？Madeleine、わかんないよぉ～。

意識混濁。あぁ～、また白い煙がぁ～。Madeleineまたしても爆睡。
