My husband and I had gone to his parent's home in Kansai district from the end of last year to the New Year.
I knew that there is a difference of food culture between Kanto district and Kansai district then.
What kind of meat do you usually use if you make potatoes boiled with meat?
I will use mostly pork.
But my mother-in-law will use mostly beef.
It is interesting to know such a difference.

旦那様と私は年末から年始にかけて、関西の旦那様の実家に行って
いました。
肉じゃがを作る時、普通何の肉を使いますか？
私はたいてい豚肉を使います。
でも、私の母主に牛肉を使います。
このような違いを知ることは、楽しいです。
