ビリーズブートキャンプ BILLY'SBOOTCAMP
The 10th day of BILLY'S BOOT CAMP.I finished trying from first to fourth DVD.Its 7th day, my weight didn't decrease.So I am trying to move as seeing it as fast as they moved.And I am using its first DVD as repeating.I couldn't move first as fast as they moved.But I could move fast gradually except a part of difficult move.Today is third day of first DVD.But my weight didn't decrease but increased more about 2kg!!The reason I can think is "today is before woman's day"and "I ate too much" didn't I??But I enjoy it well every day.And I feel better than before.I will try it for a month.To be continued...ビリーズブートキャンプを始めて10日目になりました☆7日間一通り、DVD4巻通して行いました。動きも私は鈍かったりしているので、あきらかな結果がでるまで、頑張ろうと思います。ということで…DVD１巻の基本トレーニングをここ三日間、繰り返しています。今日体重を量ったら、な・なんと、増えています。。（体重計も古いので誤差ありそうですが）でも今日は女性の日の前でもあり、どうしても体重はいつもより多いのが私です。あと、食べすぎですね。。体重はとりあえずおいても、体の動きがついていけるようになり、自宅で汗がかける！！ので、とても楽しく、体も気持ちがよいです。今後も続けます☆

小さな私。。。
How do you think about celebration gift for friends?How many times do you send a gift for one friend who have born children?If you congratulated someone every time with gifts and someone didn't any return gifts, would you send a gift next time?I don't want return gifts.But I felt pain in my mind when I sent a gift for her, and when I saw her behavior which not much thanks.When I met her, she said that you and I weren't close each other in old days.She sometimes says unkindness.But if I say like that to her, she would get angry.I am not working now, so I just want that if only they would mind a little me.I am complaining , don't I??愚痴です。すみません。。。

ビリーズブートキャンプ BILLY'S BOOT CAMP
The third day of BILLY'S BOOT CAMP.My weight at today...±0kg!!...I cannot get reducing my weight because I ate meal of much quantity as I was always hungry.And, I cannot move as hard as BILLY'S movement speed.These are probably reasons I cannot get reducing my weight.But I feel good much better than I didn't use it.And I can eat meal more deliciously.From now, I think I keep using it for a month.And, I wish I could move speedy, exactly, and effectively !!ビリーズブートを始めて3日目…体重±０Kｇ！ ガーン☆それもそのはず…ごはんもりもり食べています。なんてったって、おなかスクスク…^^;それに、ビリー&バックのお姉さまたちの動きに、ついていけず、その上、休憩挟んでます。。（情けないです）でも！！とっても楽しい！！です☆汗はかいているので、そのうち効果は出そうです☆私は、痩せるより、どちらかというと、筋力や体力をUPさせたいので、7日間集中プログラムですが、7日間終ったあとも、一ヶ月は続けようと思います。その頃には…ビリーの動きに、ついていけるといいな～☆

ビリーズブートキャンプ BILLY'S BOOT CAMP
BIllY'S BOOT CAMP came to my house today!!I bought it in SHOP JAPAN shop.So, I started challenge of BILLY'S BOOT CAMP from today!!Because of my usually lack of exercise life, I need to get best body by my effort!It was too tight for me of beginner in exercise to do.But, when I finished doing the first day, I can feel comfortable.I will try this from today to seventh day.(My mother will challenge from today,too!!)So, I want you to encourage me!!今日テレビ通販でおなじみ？のビリーズブートキャンプ。我が家にやっと到着しました☆ショップジャパンで購入しましたが、楽天にもショップジャパン↓があります☆やってみて感想は…「キ…キツイ！！」（私は、かなりの運動不足のためか、出来（そこ）ないの動きも多々ありでした…。）でも…とっても、「楽しい！！」です☆今日から1週間、母ともにチャレンジ☆目指せ！体重down!!

congratulation
It is hot today!!My old friend bore a good boy!!I found it when opened an e-mail.My sister bore three children.My nephew was born in last October.Every babies are cute very much!!今日友達が無事男の子を出産した～☆とメールをもらいました。ヨカッタです☆私の妹も10月に男の子を産んだので、姪2人+甥1人です☆甥もかわいいし、赤ちゃんはみんなかわいいですねぇ

throat pain
I have pollinosis allergy.I drank the juice improving them for about half a year.But my allergy is gradually getting bad.One of that, I have throat pain.When I get up at morning, I feel pain awful.I didn't have its pain last year...But now, it is better than a few weeks ago.

kindergarten
April 6, there was the ceremony of entrance to kindergarten of my niece.A few weeks ago, my niece cried when she took part in the experience of there, because she missed her mom.So her mom worried about her who maybe would cry again at there.In the ceremony, she didn't cry because her mom was close to her.But when her mom went to other places and she also went to her class, she began to cry a little. And she pinched her own cheek as crying.When her mom saw it, she seemed to try not to cry.After that, she had slept at there!お久しぶりです。ここのところず～っと、花粉症でつらく、PCを開くものの、このつらさを訴えてしまいそうで（笑）☆花粉症の症状が、段々強く出ているように思います（喉の痛みとか）先日、姪の幼稚園の入園式がありました。妹から聞いたのですが、姪が、「体験入学」でも泣いてしまったので、入園～どうなるか…と心配でした。入園式では、親がいたので、平気でしたが、子供だけで、部屋に移動した時に、妹が、そ～～っと、様子を見たそうです。すると、涙をためながら、姪が、自分のほっぺをつねっていたそうです…自分なりに、頑張ったのだと思います。そして、その後、そこで寝ちゃったそうです☆明日（今日）から、毎日幼稚園…ちょっと心配してます
