（昨日付け日記の続き）
日本の検疫はstrictで間違いがあっては困るのでと、動物病院を予約するにあたってメモ紙を作り、チューター（英会話のせんせー）にチェックしてもらって それを印刷して持って行きました。
そういえばその英文をチェックしてもらった時、言われた通りに直したのに次の回に「ここはこういう風に変えた方がいいよ。おかしいよ。」とか言われたりしてOL時代の書類清書時の理不尽な思いをした事を思い出しました
あと、来年帰るのに（実際はいつになるかは未定）今から準備するの？ と早すぎないかという意味で驚かれた。strictだし180日待機があってという話をしたら納得したけど。
そうやってちゃんと間違えの無いように獣医さんには口頭だけじゃなく紙で渡しても、それでも、狂犬病予防接種のCertificateはお願いした項目がいくつも漏れていたり、主治医じゃない先生が採血担当した事になってたりしてまったくもぉ・・・
とりあえずCertificateは現在作成し直しをお願いしていて、後日再度書類だけ引き取る予定です。
カンザス大の抗体値検査の結果は2-3週間かかり、採血した地元の動物病院に結果が届いた後 その動物病院が連絡を入れて下さるとの事で、その後改めて受け取りに行くことになってます。
追記：最終的に裏書→日本の検疫所に必要なのはステッカーのある検査結果のオリジナルの用紙が必要なので注意！
※予約時と受診時 両方の機会とも持っていって口頭プラスメモでお願いしました。

1. Does Dr. Ccccc Ddddd have a USDA APHIS certificate?
Japanese export procedure demands that I provide proof of a rabies test
I am going to take my cat to Japan next year.

International health certificates for the export of animals from the United States are completed by the APHIS accredited veterinarian who certifies animal health status, conducts tests, and records test results for the individual animals being exported. Completed and signed international health certificates for the export of animals from the United States must be endorsed by a Veterinary Services area office in order to be valid. To obtain the USDA endorsement of an international health certificate or any other documents relating to traveling with your pet, the documents must be completed by an APHIS Accredited Veterinarian.
2. Does the Pfizer Defensor 3 rabies vaccine last 3 years?
(My cat's invoice shows "Rabies Feline 1 Year"
but the reminder date is 3 years after the shot.)
before you collect her blood sample, and verify in writing that you did.
When filling out the application form for the test,
the rabies vaccine must be identified as Defensor3 (not Purevax).
Her last invoice reads "Purevax,"
Ron's medical record is labeled with a "Defensor 3" sticker as requied.
(The Japanese government will not accpet Merial Purevax.
The government classification of Purevax is NOT an inactivated,
but a genetic recombination vaccine.)
Please send her blood sample to Kansas State University Rabies Laboratory or
The DOD Veterinary Food Analysis and Diagnostic Laboratory.
She needs a rabies antibody test at this time.
I need her rabies vaccine certification when she got her shot on 12/11/2007.
The certification needs the information below:
* Date (When she got the shot): 12/11/2007
* Cat's name: Ron
* Microchip ID number: 999999999999999
* Vaccine Name: Defensor 3
* Produced by: Pfizer
* Expiration Date: 12/11/2010
* Veterinary name and address: Eeeee Veterinary

* Veterinarian Name: Dr.Ccccc Ddddd D.V.M.
