「There will be 6,000 cases of the dense ruby/purple-tinged 2004 Fleur-Cardinale. It offers sweet, pure, sexy aromas of blackberries, coffee, smoke, and licorice, additional black currant and cherry flavors, medium body, ripe but firm tannin, and excellent structure, purity, and equilibrium. The 2004 appears to be equal to the 2003, although less evolved and precocious. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2018.
