About Delay on Receiving Your Packages:
Lots of packages shipped via China Post were delayed and we do understand your frustrations on long-time waiting. If the packages were confirmed lost by the shipping commpany, we will definitely process you refund or reshipment. If there is no feedbacks shown the packages got lost yet, we would really appreciate if you guys would wait with more patience.
Even though the delay on transportation is really beyond DX controls, but we will take full responbility and refund or resend what you have ordered if your packages confirmed lost.

About Delay on Responsing CSE Tickets:
Since recently lots of tickets coming in for tracing packages, it's a bit beyond CS Team's processing capability, the responsed time may extend to more than 72 hours. All the tickets are in queue, should you have already opened a ticket, please do not close it and re-open a new one, or open multiple tickets for one issue, it will cause much delay.
Our CS Team are working over time to catch up the program, we will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
