安倍首相は解散権を行使すべきではない！Prime minister Abe shouldn't dissolve a parliament !

日本では総理大臣が解散権を持っている。彼の望みが叶いそうなチャンス或いは不信任された時にはその権利を行使する。今は与党に対する支持率が高いので憲法改正できるチャンスと考えて国会を解散しようとしている。イギリスの議会の任期は５年で解散は許されていない。彼らは解散や選挙のことを心配しないで任期中は熱心に着実に仕事することが出来る。日本では国会議員は常に解散を恐れてびくびくしながらの仕事で本気で仕事ができない。解散はただ首相を利するだけで国民や国会議員にとっては何もいいことのない最悪のことである。諸悪の根源だと思う。法律で禁止すべきだ。

Prime minister have the authority to dissolve a parliament in Japan.
He dares to use the authority when he think the chance that his desire would go well or he is drove
by non-confidence.
He is going to dissolve a parliament now because he is thinking it is chance to able to change the constitution as the rate of support for the ruling party is high.
An administration of the Parliament of UK is 5 years and the dissolution is not permitted.
They work hard eagerly during the administration without anxiety for the dissolution or election.
As for Japan , the members of the Diet are always are afraid of dissolution and can’t work seriously.
The dissolution is the worst system for nation and the Diet member but only prime minister.
