In our state, second State of Emergency was lifted entirely on March 21 .
But be careful, don't misunderstand. It's NEVER means that our state succeeds in infection control.
It's because Olympic Torch-relay was starting from March 25 , and Panjandrums lifted the State of Emergency for the sake of upcoming Olympic game that they want to bulldoze at the cost of our nation for the sake of their own vanity and interests.
Besides, State of Emergency itself is no longer effective ; while people are grasping about Infection and adopt ourselves with new way of life, they no longer restrain themselves like last spring.
Let me omit other things unrelated with today's weblog.
Normally, government offices, assemblies and ministries' missions are to set forth effective countermeasure policies and indicate guidelines for people's conduct.
But they take the lead in wining-and-dining which increases the risk of droplet infection, and unethical illegal bribery entertainments.
Then general public wine-and-dine, self-justifying that
Is it fine to assume that those youth respect those drinking assemblies and plan to vote for them?
After all, Central Panjandrums throw crucial correspondences into local governments, general public and medical institutions.
　Older generation demonize young people.
　　Younger generation blame older generation and governments.
　　　In the end, they shift the burden onto medical workers and non-regular employees and children and women.

Recently, politicians and government office functionaries' improper entertainments are revealed one after another, and the son of Premier was found out to take part in for years.
I wonder why politicians' illegal entertainment show no sign of decline while they cannot be unaware of illegality.
Just like excuse of drunken drivers, do they assume that they wouldn't be found or they could make a clean escape even if they were arrested?
This time, many of those politicians in question are trying to clam up or insist that they don't remember.
In those similar cases, there are politicians who pass the buck to secretaries and staffs.
When current Premier Suga took the office, he declared that the foundation of his policies are self-help, mutual assistance, public help .
　Then we shall ask Suga what about his own responsibility as Premier.

What he means by Self-help is how they don't want to spend tax money and labor for general public, and how they want to escape from the responsibilities for people as politicians.
The most decisive evidence is: While they are obsessed with Olympic game that the world doesn't want anymore, and promoted sightseeing travels and wining-and-dining to stir up general public's irresponsibility, they count on other countries for vaccine, and they are eager and swift when it comes to punishing general public.
-Is it fine as explanation in this language?

Once I read that "responsibility" consists of "response" and "ability", and it means we have to accept the result of choice and action.
However, in our language, the word that means "responsibility" consists of two letters that means "blame" and "leave".
So I feel that "responsibility" is confused -or identified with liability, fault and blame.
Besides, if challenge and change means nothing but risk and failure means death, the easiest escape is to lay the blame on something or someone else.

They judge even unavoidable natural disasters and government's blunder as self-responsibility.
Be careful; in our state, self-responsibility means justification of abandoning the weak.
And collective responsibility means dividing the responsibility to obscure where the responsibility lies.
Today's title " leave wooden clogs " is a literal translation of a proverb that means passing the ball to someone else, leaving decisions in someone else's lap.
The meaning of this proverb is explained that if you leave your footwear with someone, you cannot go around freely unless you have your footwear returned.
Therefore, we could say that our nation is leaving footwear with each other, and restrict each other and bind ourselves all the more.
In short -or in other words, it would be time for our nation to think about what is and what to mean by responsibility.
