7. Schoolchildren must be in winter vacation now.
However, in our state, students are busy with piles of homework during holidays.
One of those assignments that tortured me was book report in summer.
Husband says that this homework was no serious, just writing about books he liked.
But as long as I remember, most of the classmates around me hated book reports.
As I look back, one of the reasons was: just like a worldwide famous cartoon character says, I had no idea whether it was OK to write what I think or I should write what teachers expect us to write .
Definitely, this Book report assignment makes children hate reading books.
