＜＜ミュージカル・映画「Rent」の曲 Season of Love より＞＞
アメリカでは一足先に去年公開された映画 「Rent」 のDVDを
図書館から借りてきて見ました。
もともとはBroadwayのロックミュージカルが映画化されたもの。
大学時代演劇の授業を受けたときに聞いた覚えはあるけど
実際には見たことはなかった私。
ミュージカル自体特にファンであるというわけではないけど
NYに生きるボヘミアたちの葛藤。私たちが目をそむけがちな事実。
AIDS、Homosexual、Bi-sexual、Drugs、etc...
いろんな葛藤を乗り越えながら彼らが失ったものは？
得たものは？
決してこの映画で扱われている題材は軽いものではありません。
でも見終わった後自然と勇気を湧いてきました。
そして映画で描かれていたことについて考えさせられました。
十人十色。見る人によって感じるものは異なるだろうけど、
ぜひともこの映画を見てみんなにもいろんなことを考えてほしいと思う。
