A possibility of breaking also has the tradition of Japan of long-life the world's No.1. I want to also carry out education activities from smoking to prohibition of smoking. I want to make a WEB site whose information exchange is possible against a global man in the portal site of the Internet. ＪＲ東日本は２２日、長野新幹線「あさま」や成田空港と都心を結ぶ「成田エクスプレス」など在来線特急の一部を年内に全面禁煙にすると発表した。新幹線の車両内を全面禁煙にするのは、九州新幹線に次いで２例目という。
同社によると、全面禁煙となるのは乗車時間が２時間以内と比較的短い列車で、ほかに千葉・房総方面の特急「わかしお」「さざなみ」など。実施時期は今後、調整して決める。
ほかの新幹線や特急は従来通り指定席、自由席の各１両ずつを喫煙車として残すという。
また８月８日以降、管内すべての新幹線、在来線特急のデッキから灰皿を撤去しデッキを禁煙にするほか、北海道方面の寝台特急「北斗星」と「カシオペア」のラウンジや通路など共用部分も９月１日から 禁煙 にする。
世界的に禁煙の動きは高まっていて、日本での禁煙率は欧米と比べると低い水準に留まっています。
タバコを吸う喫煙の習慣を継続していると、健康に悪影響を与えます。肺がんや各種病気に罹患する確率が高まります。長寿世界一の日本の伝統が、壊れてしまう恐れもあります。喫煙から禁煙へ啓発活動もしたいです。
インターネットのポータルサイトで全世界の人を相手に情報交換が出来るようなWEBサイトを作りたいです。
