The methylate's having occurred remained in ten people (29%) in 35 people who assumed to this, "Not fully feeded up" or "The amount of the meal had been intentionally reduced". There were one person non-responding.
In the amount in which green tea including the roasted green tea was drunk, the methylate was seen by 17 (40%) of 43 who had answered on the day as six cups or less. It was few in 14 people who had been drinking seven cups or more with two people (14%). Non-responding is one person. Moreover, it is six in 26 people who answered as three times or more while the first grade of junior high-school four following people every 32 people (44%) who risked it have the methylate twice a week when seeing in the frequency in which it eats any of the cabbage, the broccoli, and the cauliflower person (23%).
Might it be canceled and the methylate return to the origin though it increases with aging. There is an experiment result that the methylate is canceled partially of the gene when "Catechin" that green tea contains is injected into the cell, too. However, the mechanism that the methylate increases because of a large amount of meal and the mechanism decreasing in the cabbage etc. are uncertain.
The Yuasa professor is speaking with "Being able might strengthen working of the tumor suppressor gene, prevent cancer, suppression of the methylate by the improvement of eating habits if the research advances".
