■ 「秀麗の山！鳥海」・・・ 県内学校の「校歌」に！この山ほど多くに「名前」を重用されている「山」は、ないのではないでしょうか。 私の卒業した「校歌」もやはり・・ 「秀麗の山 鳥海」から始まるものでした。■ 鳥海山は標高２２３６mの独立峰。 東北第２の高さを誇り、海岸線からすぐに稜線が立ち上がる・・・ その姿は「出羽富士」と称されるほどに力強く美しい。■ もう一つの「顔」は！・・・ 「にかほエネルギーパーク」である。 市内では、風力、水力、太陽光、天然ガスなどのエネルギーを活用して・・ 一般の家庭約３３０００世帯分の電力量を、発電しているというのです。 写真、「縦軸型風力発電」・・新型！ 風向きに影響されず、微風でも回転する日本初の自然エネルギーの画期的風車・・・。 現在地球上に「南極」と「にかほ」の２基のみなのです。 将来的には、商用施設への実用化が期待されているという！・・・。■ 由利本荘市をめざし！「にかほ」と、「鳥海山山麓」に差し掛かったばっかりに・・ しこたま、たいした！さがしぐ勉強になりましたぁ・・・(笑)。■ "Beautiful mountain! 日本の「北欧」健康満載・・・
■ ドライブロード・・・ 「仁賀保高原」の爽快！・・・。 天高い秋の一日・・・ 日本海から約２０分、たどり着いたのが！気持ちのいい・・高原だった。 ここ「土田牧場」・・ ジャージー種の乳牛約２００頭を飼育している家族経営の「土田牧場」では、放牧により健康な牛を育てているのです。 牧場の柱は乳製品、「美味しくて安心で、生きている乳製品を作ること」に、力を注いでいるとか・・。 「観光牧場」というスタイルにこだわり、牧場内にミルクハウスなどの飲食&ショップがあります。 現在では高原一の人気スポットとなっているところです！・・・。■ 土日祝日には！風光明媚な鳥海山の尾根に、あの！万里の長城を彷彿とする車列がつづく・・・ 私の定番は！ヨーグルトとソフトクリームなのです。 美味しいの何の、そのせいなのかナっ！ホッペタがゲッソリと落ち込んでしまわれたッ・・(笑)。■ Dry broadcloth... 後期高齢は！魔球の世界・・・
■ 今年もお陰さまのなかで、野球のシーズンが終わりました。 例年のことながら、今シーズンもあれこれ４５試合ほどに登板のチャンスがありました。 年令をカバーするために！私の投ずる球種は７種類の変化球とストレート。 それらの球種全てが、１４年間通い詰めた県立中央公園「雄和壁投げ」の成果でありました。■ 三四半世紀プラス１（わん）、つまり７６才の戦う球筋とは・・・遅い球を！より遅く、兎に角（とにかく）遅く、尚遅く・・！ 想像予測を越えた遅さで勝負！・・・ 超遅さの成立が、７６才弱腕ヨタヨタ！ストレートも、大谷投手の１６０kmと見間違うとか！・・・(笑)。 まさか！そりゃないよッ・・と言ってはみたものの、事実は小説よりも奇なり・・・ 現実を説明しようとすれば、これ以外に気がつきません。■ 写真は、今年の第三戦！南高校硬式野球場での・・対南校ロッキーズ戦、先発４回０失点の勝利投手。 超一流ピッチャーの魔球・・ 速さの想像の域を越えて見えない！ 私の魔球・・ 遅さの域を越え過ぎ、見え過ぎる！ 間もなく！三四半世紀プラス２（ツー）がやって来る・・・まだまだ敗けられん(笑)。■ A season of baseball has also ended in the favor this year. ■ 第36回 秋田県・花の祭典 近くに雪のたよりが聞こえるこの頃・・・ 例年にも行われる「花の祭典」、市民皆が待ち望む華やぎです。 当日の賑わいの一つの！豪華絢爛・・見る花に酔いしれ、夢心地で買い求める「生産者直伝」の売り花・・・ 鉢植えもあれば、切り花もある・・・これがまた！お安く、活きのいいピチピチ花が求められるのです(笑)。■ 展示コーナーには、色鮮やかな！県オリジナルダリア・なまはげ・・・ 県内の生け花の各流派が出展した個性豊かな作品などが並んだ。 日頃から、花に寄り添い、花と暮らす。 いつかはきっと！花となる・・・(笑)。■ The festival which are Akita-ken and a flower the 36th time The these days by which a letter of snow is heard around here... 第36回「秋田県・花の祭典」開く！
■ 第3６回 秋田県 「 花 の 祭 典 」 毎年恒例・・・ 県花祭典が、先週１４日、１５日、秋田市拠点センター「アルヴェ」で行われました。 県内花き生産者・市場、生花店がともに贈る！・・・。■ 県内の花き生産農家が育てた、切り花や趣向を凝らしたフラワーアレンジメント作品、など約２５０点が並び・・・ ご来場者を楽しませておられました。 展示作品のうち、４０点が入賞作に選ばれて、すでに受賞が終わっておりました。 会場の人出は！例年にも増して、沢山のフアンで埋め尽くされました。■ The 36th time Akita-ken "Floral festival" Yearly annual*.. 人生航路！「道の駅」の如し・・・
■ はまなすの里 道の駅「にしめ」・・・ 由利本荘市西目町 当、道の駅を建物（写真）は、由利地域の女性が農作業をする時の、「すげ笠」と「鼻ふくべ」を、イメージしたものです・・・。 （ふくべとは・・額を覆う風習のこと） 建物は樹齢１００年以上の地元産、杉の木を使用した温もりのある施設です。■ 西目地域の観光スポットの一つ・・・ 浜館公園 戦国時代の武将！由利十二頭の一人、由利氏の居城跡・・・ 風光明媚な館跡。 秀麗！出羽富士「鳥海山」とエメラルド色の日本海、男鹿半島が一望できます。 パノラマの景色は、ドライバーの休憩に最高です。 春には、３０００本のソメイヨシノが咲き誇ります。 という。 道の駅は、人生航路の一つの「駅」なのかも知れませんねェ・・・(笑)。■ Sato of a sweet brier The station on the way "closure"... ■ 道の駅「岩城」・・・ 今になれば、あまり珍しいことのない「巨大風車」（写真）・・。 その頃はまだ、秋田では珍しくびっくりしたものでした。 その電気を使った！当駅の「二つの施設」をご紹介します・・・。■ １） 岩城温泉・港の湯 ２） コテージ&テントサイト １） 清潔感のある明るい浴室・・ 大浴場、サウナ、露天風呂など完備、お年寄りからお子さまが快適！のんびり・・・ 男女・・１００名収容OK 泉質・・ナトリウム、塩化物強塩泉 ２） 広大な日本海を望む施設には、浴室・冷暖房・電化製品を完備した・・・ コテージ５棟をはじめ、管理棟トイレ棟・炊事棟・テントサイト１６区画。 交流広場が整備され、誰でも気軽にアウトドアが楽しめる。■ 今では！道の駅が「健康寿命」と共にあるのです・・・(笑)。■ The station on the way "Iwaki"... 天真爛漫！砂丘の夢・・・
■ 道の駅「岩城（いわき）」・・・ 思わず立ち寄りたい！癒しの駅、海のような深い安らぎがここのある・・・ と、ここの人たちが云っていますっ！。 実は、私も賛成です。 ここは、秋田市と由利本荘市との中間地点、便利がいいのです。 私は年間、何回も来ることがあります。■ 写真は、「島式漁港」の手前、「多目的広場」で遊ぶバギーカーの愛好者です。 この海浜は、東北地方でも珍しいほどの！良質砂丘・・・ 海辺までの巾の広さ、海添え数百メートルの長さ・・・あらゆるものに使える「広大広場」。■ この日も、若者たちが爆音を轟かせ！縦横無尽・・気違い沙汰の大乱舞（こりゃ！失礼）・・・ 見ててはけっこう楽しいものだが(笑)、万が一！転がったり、衝突でもしたら、家族が泣くことになるッ・・・！ そんなことを思いながらも、脈拍がどんどん上がってくると！尚に、なかなか目線を外せない(笑)。 実は、オレもやってみたい・・！、思いだけだったつもりが、つい言葉になったらしい！。 後ろにいた女房殿が、透（す）かさず！後期高齢プラス１（ワン）でも、できるものかしらッ！・・・ ががぁんー！と、脳天を打たれ現実に戻されてしまいました（泣笑）。■ The station on the way "Iwaki (Iwaki)"... 抱返り渓谷！今が旬・・・
■ 錦秋の秋！紅葉のメッカ・・ 秋田・田沢湖「抱返り県立自然公園」・・・ この「抱返り渓谷」は、秋田市から車で約一時間、若いころからよく通ったところ。 女房殿と思いつくまま！何となく車で出発、途中「わらび座」レストランで昼食。 日曜日と言うことか、わらび座観劇の人は大変多く、大にぎわい。■ 近年では久しぶり！車の置き場を心配しながら行くと、なな何と！広い広い駐車をつくり・・・地元のおじさんたちが汗を流していた。 こんたらぁジャリのどっさ止めでェ・・・ ３００円もとるんだど！わりしなぁー・・ 顔のシワ！ありったげ溜めで、人懐っこく謙虚に笑った、地元の人の笑顔が忘られない。 紅葉は太陽のお出ましが一番！当日はお天気は良かったのですが、薄雲がかかり「快晴」とまではいかなかった。 しかし、時季がタイムリー県外からの車も数多！多くの屋台も、ごった返す人の波に・・・取り囲まれていた。■ Autumn in flamboyant autumn! 花は自分を写す！愛情物語り・・・
■ 今年の春、２９年連続となる！玄関花壇の植え付けをし8ヶ月、その新品種の成り行きを注目してまいりましたぁ。 今年の気候も例年になく暑く、雨も不足・・ただ予測しての的中は！少雨適応の「新品種」を選んだこと。 写真は、今の玄関前です！お散歩のみなさんに口を揃えて言われます・・・ 寒風と、ぼつぼつ！みぞれが降るというのに、なぜ！こんなにも咲続けるのですか？・・と。 私もそれは分かりません・・・。 只、お花は、葉を育てるにある！と言われます。 葉をみて育てるは根菜のみにあらず。■ 花は観るだけでは！育たず咲きません・・・ お花に聞こえるように「綺麗だよ」、「美しいよ」と、言葉をかけること・・ 昔から、かける言葉に物いらぬ！という諺（ことわざ）もありますが・・ しかし、花には通用せず！言葉と同時に「液肥のお駄賃」たんまり差し上げる・・(笑)。 これが、２９年間の教訓でありましたァ。■ In spring of this year, it'll be continuation for 29 years! 奥の深い！横手・菊まつり・・・
■ 秋！真っ只中・・・ かぐわしく香る「横手の秋！」・・ 秋田県横手市 第４７回 「菊 まつり」・・・ 会場は「秋田ふるさと村」 この機会を逃がしてはと！女房殿とさっそく馳せ参じました。 県内のスペシャリストたちの競演！その見事さに度肝を抜かれてしまいました。 やはり！秋は「菊」でございます・・。 この日の「秋田ふるさと村」は、なな何と！多彩なイベントの数々・・・ 場内を歩くもままならず、人をかき分ける歩いて・・疲れ申した。■ この度の！観賞収穫・・・ 大菊の種類・・大菊とは、花の直径が１８cm以上の菊をいう。 大別すると、厚物、管物、一文字などに分かれる。 「厚物（あつもの）」・・一般的に大菊といえば、多数の花弁が中心に向かって、こんもりと盛り上がった花をいう。 「管物（かんもの）」・・細長い管弁が放射状に真っ直ぐ伸び、傘を広げたように咲くのが特徴・・・ その花弁の太さによって、太管・間管・細管・針管の４つに区分。 「一文字（いちもんじ）」・・明治元年（１８６８）から皇室の紋章になったので、御紋章菊とも呼ばれる。 その名のとおり、平たい花弁が一重に並び、花弁は１６枚前後が理想とされるのです！・・・。 健康一筋 お！茶しま専科健康通販倶楽部を応援しています。 http://ww w.rakuten.co.jp/daiichi/

熊の半年は「栗の栄養」・・(笑)
■ 「栗」は高栄養食品です。 疲労回復効果の！ビタミンB１をはじめとする、ビタミンB２、ビタミンB６・・・ 疲労回復効果の、若々しい健康体を維持するに、必須の栄養素が含まれているのです。 疑いのある御仁は、裏の山に住む「熊どの」にお聞き願いたい！・・・(笑)と、「久之助栗園」の奥さまが言ってました。 その証拠に、栗園には！常に「熊どの」のご訪問があると言うのです(笑)。熊どのも！やっぱし若返りを願って！・・だべが？。■ 栗園のおかみさんによると・・・ 当園も栗の研究に取り組み、品種改良を繰り返してきたという。 その結果、「ソフト西明寺」という独自の品種ができた。 栗にも早生と晩生があり、「ソフト西明寺」は中間となる、中手の品種なのです。 食味の向上も図り、更に栗がイガの口から落下するように改良した。 これで栗拾いも楽しくなりました。なお、栗園は堆肥で土づくりをし、低農薬栽培に心がけているというのです！・・・。 栗も自然環境、気候の変動に左右され！とてもとても難しいものだとおっしゃる。 ありがとうございました。またいくよ(笑)。 ■ "Chestnuts" is high protective foods. ■ 私はここ数年前から、栗の「茶巾（ちゃきん）しぼり」・・（栗きんとん）に凝っているのです。 私が言うまでもないことですが！・・栗は「健康食品」の優等生なのです。 この栗の季節、多目に買い求め「砂糖・塩・ミョウバン」少々加え、茶巾しぼりの「栗きんとん」で、冷凍し長期保存するのです。■ 秋田市内にも大量に売られていた「西明寺栗」、今年はなぜか！影も姿もみえません・・(笑)。 しからばと！女房殿と二人係で・・味日本一の名高い秋田県仙北市「西明寺」に乗り込んだ。 地元で有名「久之助栗園（きゅうのすけくりえん）」へたどり着く。 今年は気候のせいもあり、例年より少し早めの！収穫、販売が終了したという。 しかし、若干残る良品を譲り受け（写真）帰宅と相成りました・・・(笑)。 さあァ・・腕まくをし！天下一品の「栗きんとん」をこしゃるどォ・・・！。■ I'm absorbed in "tea napkin (Oh.) squeeze" and* (chestnuts kinton) of chestnuts from several years before here.
