　　場所は県立中央運動公園、花よりも美しく爆発の「紅葉」は、今が旬・・・。

　　私が通い続けて１２年、壁投げに明け暮れ７７才にして未だスピードガンに挑戦するエネルギーは、この環境が原点なのです。

　　自然の力、春夏秋冬の彩りが体力の強化、全身のバランス感覚に欠かせないものと思う。

■　先月、壁投げに汗を流していると、警察のパトロールカーがボリュームをいっぱいに上げ！・・
　　ただいま！公園内に「熊」の目撃がありました・・・じゅうぶん注意をして運動に励んでください・・・と。

　　自然環境に恵まれる「健康寿命」、これ程の大自然のど真ん中で育まれていることを、強調したいのです。

　　熊も、遠くから私の「壁投げピッチング」を見てて、やりたいのかなァ・・・
　　熊にも、健康寿命の権利があるのかも！・・・(笑)。
