I had an English lesson today.

Today’s topic was customer service.
Basically, customer service is the division which receives phone calls from people who have their point of view.
That’s only my impression.

I listened to an interview of a person who worked for a famous computer company.
He said there were two types of claims.
One is real problem, like a computer breaks down.
And the other is illusional problem.

What is an illusional problem?

So, there isn’t actually a problem.
Usually, they can sort it out themselves if they look into the manual attached to a computer.

I felt sorry for him, because I knew exactly his feeling.
I sometimes make manual for my colleagues.
Every time I make manuals, I try to improve it and make it easier to understand for everyone.
But some of my colleagues always ask me questions without open the manual.
I almost always answer their questions with smiling, but I would like to punch on their nose in my heart!!!
That is quite Japanese way to solve a problem, isn’t it?
