I went to Turu-ga-oka Hachiman-guu for HATSU-MOUDE.
It is January 2nd, so I haven’t expected to see a crowd there.
But actually I had to wait for quite a while to get to a place for pray.
After threw a coin and prayed, I consulted an oracle.
According the oracle, I will have a wonderful year.
The oracle was DAI-KICHI.
There are ranks for oracles from DAI-KICHI to DAI-KYOU.
I think the all ranks are these.
大吉 だいきち DAI-KICHI
中吉 ちゅうきち CHUU-KICHI
吉 きち KICHI
小吉 しょうきち SHOU-KICHI
凶 きょう KYOU
大凶 だいきょう DAI-KYOU
The worst
I’m not sure the order of KICHI and SYOU-KICHI is right.
It might there are other ranks.
Anyway, my oracle is the best, so I am happy now!
