There was a NOMI-KAI of our office today.
It was expected that we would have a good time and raise the morale of us.
Also it was a welcome party of our new employee, and included surprise celebration one of our colleagues’ marriages.
In other words, it was held for us to enjoy ourselves.
But it was a little bit different from the one we used to have.
It was so hard to listen to the voice of a person who sat next me, although I was sitting at the end of the table, and almost twenty people were attending this party.
The voices of people sat the other end was heard so clearly and we couldn’t talk because of them.
I couldn’t believe this, but I didn’t care about it as far as they enjoyed themselves.
I wonder if they have too much stress at the office.
I hope my humble observation is wrong…
Perhaps, they are STILL young, so they want to do something foolish.
I guess they won’t remember what they did today.
To me, who cannot drink at all, these NOMI-KAI are a good chance to SEE people (or I should use the word "watch").
