I had to attend a seminar called “Being yourself”.
Some of my colleagues were chosen to attend, and I was one of them.
I was fed up with these kinds of seminars, at first.
Be honest, help each other…
It would be a better place to work, if we all agreed this idea.
I thought it was “TATEMAE (policy)”, and it wouldn’t happen at all.
That was my opinion before this seminar.
But I have changed my mind now.
However we had different opinions, we shared them without any difficulties.
There was no problem to accept other point of views, because we knew that we were all different from each other and that was what we called “personality”.
After finishing whole seminar, the teacher said “this was one of the best seminars that I gave”.
I felt so happy to hear that, because I felt exactly the same!
