The Daily Star が、ここへ来て原油高に関して、OPEC と消費国間のお互いのせいにする応酬する事が目立ってきました。日本のバブル崩壊の糸口となったオイル危機も思い出されます。

BEIRUT: As oil prices hit 21-year highs this week, an OPEC official said it was "not fair" to fault his organization for the current crisis which, he argued, was driven mostly by heavy taxation policies and geopolitical events beyond the 11-member oil group's control.
