イランの核開発問題は解決に向かう動きは見られませんが、ベルリンで討議を再開とのこと。
イランの核開発問題に関しては、ドイツはかなり主導権を発揮しています。北朝鮮の核開発問題を巡る日本の立場とは大分様子が異なります。
このイラン核開発問題が解決しないと、日本のイラン油田開発計画も進展しないですし、悪くすれば権益喪失にもつながりかねないです。

BERLIN The European Union's foreign policy chief and Iran's senior nuclear negotiator met Wednesday night in an attempt to resolve the dispute over Iran's nuclear program.
The talks at a government villa just outside Berlin were scheduled after the Iranian representative, Ali Larijani, had twice postponed meetings with Javier Solana of the EU. Those meetings were to have been held first in Brussels and then last week on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meeting in New York.
"These talks in Berlin are very important," said an EU diplomat who requested anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue.
