表参道イルミネーション復活 Illumination at Omotesando has just revived.
表参道のイルミネーションが１１年ぶりに復活しました。今では全国いたるところに、しかも病院やクリニックでも飾られることが珍しくなくなったイルミネーションのはしりといっても過言ではないでしょう。いよいよクリスマスイルミネーションの時季となりました。見慣れてしまったとは言え、やはり非日常感を醸し出してくれます。Illumination at Omotesando Street has just revived for 11 years!It must be the original one we have seen across Japan, even at a lot of hospitals and clinics.Oh! Illumination season has just begun!That takes us unusual world even if we must have experienced a lot.

ＭＲがＪＴＢと同じ運命をたどる可能性 MRs mihgt have same destiny as JTB.
旅行業最大手のＪＴＢは２６日、１１年度末までに国内の約２割にあたる２００店舗近くを閉鎖する方針を固めました。昨秋以降の世界不況などで旅行を控える動きが続く中、旅行商品販売の比重を店頭から一部インターネットに移してコストを減らす狙いだそうです。我々ＭＲも同じ運命をたどる可能性大です。もちろん我々が自覚と健全な危機感を持って対処しなければなりません。また同時に各社本部も旧態依然とした拡売施策や、自己満足だけのプロモーション方針を現場に強要して、ＭＲを疲弊させてしまっている、またユーザーをあきれさせてしまっているのも問題かと思います。JTB, the largest travel agency in Japan, announced it will close retail shops by the end of 2011. Due to decreasing travelers caused by worldwide recession and other conditions, JTB would discuss future plan to change its weight on from real shops to e-commerce stores in order to cut costs.We MRs might have same destiny.So we should do something to survive tougher circumstances.On the other hand headquarters at many pharmaceutical company should not impose old style pushing selling and out of order programs on MRs.Otherwise MRs would be involved in fatigue hell or loss client supports.

再 多忙月です（汗・・） Too busy month again.
今年の７月は吾輩にとっては多忙極まりない月でしたが、この１１月もそれに劣らないくらいの忙しい毎日が続いとります（汗・・）詳しい状況は言えませんが、これだけは確かのようです。～～人使いの荒い会社じゃのぉ～～I had too busy days in last July.However I do same busy ones in this month.Altough I cannnot say the reason in detail,I would like to complain.Oh my God! I wonder why this company make us so busy?

先手必勝 Victory goes to the swiftest.
そろそろ得意先向けの来年のカレンダーが事務所などに届いたところも多いかと思います。吾輩のところもそうですが、早速得意先に配りまくっています。「お、早いね。おたくが一番だよ」と好印象を持たれることがほとんどです。「先手必勝」は、いろいろなケースであてはまる法則であることを実感。At most offices new-year calendars for clients and customers might have just reached.Same as for me, I’ve just started to deliver them to clients.Most replied delightfully with the word “Oh, How soon in even November!”“Victory goes to the swiftest” is true for many cases, I realized.

世界糖尿病デー World Diabetes Day
昨日１４日は世界糖尿病デーで、世界各地の名所がライトアップされました。糖尿病は開業医の先生方にとっては、もっとも患者数の多い疾患のひとつです。しかも最も治療に難渋する疾患のひとつでもあります。自覚症状が乏しいため、患者さんが積極的に治療に取り組んでくれないことが多いのが現実です。糖尿病がどれだけ怖い疾患であるか、まだまだ啓発が必要です。Last day Nov 14 was World Diabetes day.Blue lights illuminated a lot of monuments around the world.DM (Diabetes Mellitus) is the disease that has largest number of patients for clinics doctors.Also the most difficult one to be get improved.Due to little subjective symptoms, most patients tend to be reluctant to take care of it.So people should learn more about DM in view of its fatal risk.

つい飲みすぎる時・・・・ Why do I drink so much for happy or good times?
吾輩は普段は酒を飲みませんし、飲んだとしても付き合いの席でビールをコップ２～３杯くらいです。しかし、尊敬する方や好きな人と飲む時、つまらない駆け引きが無く、高レベルな会話をしながらの会食の時は、ついうれしくて飲み過ぎてしまう事があります。先日も普段から尊敬してやまない先生方との一席、しかもあまりにも充実した時間だったので、大ジョッキ３杯（吾輩にしては大量・・）を空けてしまいました（大汗・・）と言うわけで、今日はややグロッキー気味でしたが、これって良いことなのか、嘆かわしいことなのか？・・・・・・I usually drink, if so take a couple of cups of beer at the party held by colleagues.However if had ones with respectable and nice persons or enjoyed good times for informative conversation without some politics, oh no I definitely do drink so much!Last night I had a dinner with doctor and author whom I respect, and it was so worthwhile one.So I drank three big jocks that are too much for me, oh my God!Therefore I spend this day with some fatigue.It that recommendable or for blame ?

11.7 ＭＢＡ交流会 Nov 7 MBA workshop
昨日は池上文尋さんがＣＥＯを勤められるメディエンスさん主催のＭＢＡ交流会に参加させていただきました。今回の講演のテーマは今後の医療環境および医療機関経営に関するものでしたが、公認会計士の視点からのお話で、我々ＭＲとは違った角度からの課題はとても参考になるものでした。予想以上に医療環境にも激しい変化が訪れるのは間違いなく、それにいかに早く気付いて適切に対応していくかが重要だと再認識しました。講演後はお決まりの懇親会にて楽しい時間を過ごしました。いつもながらのメンバーですが、間違いなく皆様ナイスガイばかりです。また我々ＭＲの活動に光を与えていただける皆様でもあります。主催いただいた池上さん、および参加された皆様に御礼申し上げます。Last day I went to MBA workshop hosted by Medience , its CEO is F Ikegami san.The lecture was about the issues regarding coming changes in healthcare matters and medical institutions.The points of view from CPA(Certificated Public Accountant) was so informative and different from ones of us MRs.I deeply recognized we will sure see more drastic changes than we expect in healthcare matters in the future and we should admit this trends and must be ready to cope with those.After the lecture I had a party with attendants. Oh I am sure they are all nice guys!I believe in they will support and give fortunes us MRs.I must appreciate Ikegami san and all attendants.

やったぜ！松井秀喜選手！ We can convert unlucky to chance by our positive attitude.
「『心の構え』で挫折は力に変わる」ヤンキースの松井秀喜選手が、見事ワールドシリーズのＭＶＰを獲得しました。なによりも選手生命を脅かすほどの怪我を乗り越えて、受賞するまで復活されたことには、たいへん頭が下がります。これが並みの選手なら、ただ嘆くだけか、愚痴を言うだけで、そのまま何もせずに引退してしまったかも知れません。しかし彼は「『心の構え』で挫折は力に変わる」ととらえ、常に今自分ができること、するべきことに全力で取り組み、復活を果たしました。これは彼の超一流の証であるとともに、われわれも大いに学ぶところではないかと思います。“We can convert unlucky to chance by our positive attitude.”Congratulations on MVP at World Series, Matsui san (New York Yankees)!I must respect his award because he has overcome the accident that had endangered him as a player.If he were mediocre baseball player, he would have do nothing but mourn or complaint only to retire in a couple of seasons.However he asserted “We can convert unlucky to chance by our positive attitude.”And he has done his best at each case and at last he revived.That proves he is the super excellent baseball player.And that we should get in our minds.

エコノミスト増刊号「お金の研究」 Special edition of "Economist"
つい最近、経済誌「エコノミスト」増刊号として、「お金の研究」が発売されました。その中の医療費について、「医療費のしくみ」の著者の川越満さん、木村憲洋さんによるコラムが掲載されていました。 医療費のシステムそのものがとても複雑かつ膨大なものですが、それをわずか数ページの中で、基本的な事項を一般市民にもわかりやすく、しかも要点をおさえて述べられているのはさすがだと思いました。両氏の並々ならぬ秀逸さを改めて感じた次第です。 Just recently "What should we do about financial matters." the special edition of industrial magazine "Economist" has issued.You can find out the columns about medical costs by M Kawagoe san and N Kimura san who are the authors of "The system of medical fees".Although medical fee system is so complex and vast, those articles are understandable and informative for general citizens in even some pages. Indeed I must admire their works.And that so did I their outstanding excellent talents.

This is the words said by a lot of wizards who have won their glorious days.However this dawn said to do not come to everybody.Only who have been doing what they should do see it.
