ITに支援されるのでなく、振り回されてる？ Not be supported but be annoyed by IT ?
ある広域卸の営業所でのMSさんの嘆きです。「パソコンへの報告入力事項が多くてマイッテいます（汗）」同じような悩みを持つMSさん、MRさんは多いでしょう。本社は「マネジメント」のつもりでも、単なる「管理」になっているようです。IT環境は営業スタッフを支援するべきはずなのに、営業スタッフが本社スタッフを支援してしまっているばかりか、営業活動の足かせになっているとすれば皮肉なことですね。A MS (Medical Specialist) complained at the office of big wholesale company.“I have been tired with a lot of inputting tasks to report! ”Maybe most MSs and MRs might be annoyed with same circumstances.It is not “Management”. It is merely “Control”.IT should support sales stuff normally.On the contrary they help headquarters works by IT.Ironically moreover it might be obstacle for them to do good job.

先進国医療従事者数 The numbers of medical stuff in advanced conutries.
OECDの調査によりますと2005年現在の国民千人あたりの医療従事者数（医師含む）は、アメリカで38.5人、英国が34.2人、ノルウェーではなんと55.7人です。これに対して日本の場合は厚生労働省の同年データによりますと、20.9人だそうです。これも日本の医療問題の一要素だとは言えないでしょうか？According to the data by OECD, the numbers of medical stuff (including medical doctors) per 1000 people are respectively, 38.5 in USA, 34.2 in UK, surprisingly 55.7 in Norway.On the other hand in case of Japan, according to the data by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, that is 20.9.This might be one factor of medical issue of Japan.

MR教育センター懸賞論文 The report for competitison by MR Education & Accreditaion Center.
先週の今頃はMR教育センター主催の懸賞論文作成に追われていました。「様々な個性を持つ先生との出会いや感動、思い出が自分にとって貴重な財産であり、また多くの関係者への感謝を忘れてはならない」と言うような内容です。賞が取れるかどうかわかりませんが、吾輩としては渾身の力をこめてまとめました。On the last Saturday I was so busy for making the report for competition by MR Education & Accreditation Center of Japan.Its summary is “My valuable treasures are a lot of impressive dramas with various clients, and I must not forget appreciation to persons who have helped me.”I have no idea if I can win some prize, but I had did my best.

19日のＭＢＡ交流会 The MBA seminar on 19.
19日はＭＲ－ＮＥＴさん主催のＭＢＡ交流会に参加させていただきました。今回のご講演は医薬情報担当者教育センターの顧問の小久保光昭さんによる、「MRらしさと幸せを求めて」がテーマでした。小久保氏のお話からは、まだまだ医薬品業界には課題が山積しているなと実感。製薬企業自体が「国民の健康」と「利益追求」との相反する目的を持ち、そのことがいろいろな弊害を生じさせているのかなと思いました。多くの議論はあるでしょうが、最終的にはユーザー志向の提案と行動が一番効果的でることを確信しました。小久保氏の、温かいお人柄と良識に触れながらも、いろいろな「気づき」をいただいたお話でした。On 19th, I attended the MBA seminar held by MR-NET.Mr Kokubo, the advisor of MR Education & Accreditation Center of Japan,gave us a useful lecture which theme is “ How we should be lively and nice MRs”He reminded me of a lot of issues in pharmaceutical industry.There are opposite purposes, “healthy life for people” and “pursuit for profit”, which may cause some troubles.Although it might be controversial, most effective ways are plans and actions oriented to customers.He has a gentle character and good common senses, and gave me some discoveries.

懸賞論文を書いとりますが…（汗） To be a good writer.
ＭＲ教育センター企画の「ＭＲになってよかったこと」と言うテーマの懸賞論文を現在作成中ですが、なかなかまとまりません。文章を書くことの難しさをあらためて実感しています（汗）MR Educational Center is offering a contest for prize essays which theme is “ What is your best experience as a MR”I am making the essay but find it difficult to do.It might be clever and excellent to be a good writer.

体調管理 keeping in good condition.
体調管理をしっかりしていたつもりが、風邪をひいてしまいました（恥）本番を控えた代役の利かない方々、例えばプロのミュージシャンや、役者さん、スポーツ選手などが、いかに徹底した体調管理をしているかを実感。I had tried to keep in good condition.But I caught a cold.I realize so much thatProfessional musicians, athletes, actors and actress and so on,who are not be able to be substituted by other members,to do good performance in front of audience.,must take strict care of their health conditions.

在日外国人への医療体制の課題 The issue about medical system for foreign people in Japan.
ジャパンタイムズ オンライン版の1月4日付に、「The doctor will see the moneyed and insured, but less fortunate also ail」と題した、在日外国人に対する医療体制に関する記事が掲載されていました。外国人に対してより快適な医療を提供する環境は進んではいるが、まだ課題は依然として残っており、特に「医療保険加入」と「言語」が大きな壁となっているという課題提起がされていました。しかし吾輩としては、問題はそれだけではないと思います。それぞれの国に、歴史、宗教、思想、文化などに裏付けられた「価値観」というものがあり、それを相互理解したうえでないと、まずは先に進まないのではないでしょうか？In Japan Times on line of Jan 4, there is an article about medical system for foreign people, titled as “The doctor will see the moneyed and insured, but less fortunate also ail”The article says although it has become improved, issue still remain, especially medical insurance and language are two main matters.In my opinion issue is more complex.We should respect each point of thought supported by each history, religion, culture and philosophy.

女性軍関係者に広がる精神的犠牲者 Mental toll of war striking female servicemembers
1月2日付のUSA TODAYのオンライン版にて「女性軍関係者に広がる精神的犠牲者」（吾輩の意訳）と言う題の記事が掲載されていました。戦争そのものは肉体的のみならず精神的な傷害があることが最近注目されてきましたが、今回は女性特有の精神的障害についての状況が紹介されています。比較の対象にならないと言われそうですが、日本での女性の社会進出が進んできた最近、そこでも女性特有の精神的マネージメントも議論されてもよいのかもしれません。In USA Today on line of Jan 2, there are the article which headline is,“Mental toll of war striking female servicemembers”It has been said that war causes not only physical but also mental injuries, this article talks about female mental ailments at war places.This might be a different story, in Japan, a number of business women has been increasing these days,We should not ignore mental issue about them.
