今日は昼前に千葉駅から千葉モノレールに乗り、千葉県陸上競技場に行きました。
千葉モノレールは懸垂型で、最初から運転しているアルミ合金製の1000型と、新しく導入されたブルーの車体が美しい０タイプが走っています。
千葉駅からは歩いて、亥鼻（いのはな）城跡もしくは千葉城跡まで行きました。城跡には模擬天守閣が作られて、千葉市立郷土博物館になっていますが、歴史的にはこのような天守閣は存在せず、千葉氏の平屋武家屋敷があったようです。
その後、千葉市美術館に行き、イギリスの色刷りの絵本作家である「ウォルタークレインの本の仕事」という展覧会を見ました。この内容は別の機会に書きます。

Sta. this afternoon.
Chiba monorail co. has two types of suspension monorail. One is 1000－type made from
aluminium containing alloy and the other is blue coated 0-type car that is made newly.
which castle name is correct because there is no evidence.
Though I see the admirable castle tower and the Chiba city fork museum is in there,
historically such castle tower did not exist, I hear that there were a one-story building of
old samurai residences where Mr.Chiba, a feudal lord, lived there.
Then I enjoyed viewing an art exhibit of Mr. Walter Crane, the title is"Walter Crane's
book creation exhibition" at Chiba city museum of art.
