☆レイ・コニフ・シンガーズのアルバムを聴いていたら、もの凄く良い曲を見つけた。
『ハーモニー / HARMONY』という曲で、海外のヒット曲ならたいてい分かるがこの曲は知らなかった。
アーティー・キャプランというアーティストがアルバムの中で歌っていたとのこと。
ただ、イタリアではシングルヒットしたもよう。（英語で歌われている。）
作者は、そのアーティー・キャプランとノーマン・サイモンの共作のもよう。
レイ・コニフ・シンガーズのバージョンは、爽やかで晴々とする美しいコーラスハーモニーになっているが、オリジナルのアーティー・キャプランのバージョンは、とてつもないダミ声でソウルフルに歌っていてかなりの違いがある。
ただ、サビのメロディーラインは独特の美しさがあってこれはこれで良い。
