辛いとき、悲しいとき･･･。
これからずっとこんな日々が続いていくような気がしてしまいます。
辛酸を舐めたことで、自分はもう笑うこともないんじゃないかとも思ってしまいます。

う～ん。私は･･･。
落ち込んだら、とことん落ち込めばいいと思っています。
乱暴な言い方かも知れませんが、駄目なときはやっぱり駄目なんですよね。

しばらくは、観念して･･･。
悲しみにうちひしがれているのがいいのかもしれません。
自分の感情に素直になって、今の自分を受け入れて･･･。

部屋を暗くして、泣いて、泣いて･･･。
泣きくずれて･･･。また泣いて･･･。
そんな感じでいいんじゃないかと私は思います。

けれど、不思議なもので･･･。
ふと気が付くと･･･。悲しみにとらわれているのにだんだん疲れている自分がいます。
ふと気が付くと･･･。いつまでも悲しんでいられなくなってきている自分がいます。

きっと･･･。悲しむのにも精神力と体力が必要になってくるのでしょうね。
やはり･･･。人間は、いつまでも悲しんでいたくない生き物なのでしょうね。

そして、人間は･･･。いつか･･･。
「自然に笑いたい」「外に出て行こう」「前に進んで行こう」
そんな気持ちが湧き上がってくるのでしょう。

ずっとたくましい存在なんですよ。

だから、辛いことがあっても、悲しいことがあっても･･･。
どんなに苦しくても、大丈夫、大丈夫･･･。

私は、人間を、自分の内なる力を･･･。
信じていきたいと思います。
