Today I would like to introduce a sushi restaurant in my hometown, Kagawa, Shikoku.

Sushiro is the most famous conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Japan.

There are about 5 Sushiro restaurants in Kagawa, and I have been there many times!

But my father doesn't like Sushiro very much.

He says it makes his tongue tingle.

I'm not sure about it but the sushi rice is a little sweet, maybe.

So, we decided to visit this restaurant that we had been wanting to try for a long time!

They don't use frozen fish! and the taste of each fish is really delicious!

It's true that fish at places like Sushiro are either frozen or chilled, so they lack flavor.

The restaurant we visited today charges between 200 yen and 800 yen per plate!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is also nice!

There are many types of sushi restaurant in Japan, so you can choose according to the occasion!

I love SUSHI!
