(English name by Kadomania)
Japanese title is " Sonzai no shoumei " .
The literal translation is " proof of existence ".
However, Kadomatsu says:
" Antinomy ' .
It's a bitter experience to expose a negative side of human beings, but we only find the reason for being when we accept such an aspect. "
Kadomatsu stopped his work as a singer in 1993, and resumed in 1998.

But In this album, many things changed.
First, we might be surprised at the titles:
'Namaashino dachou (ostrich with natural legs) 'Ai to shura (love and timber chute) ' 'Bonnou Rolling Stones (worldly desires like rolling stones) ' 'Juugatsuno gusya (fools in October) '
In all over the album, the lyrics are about weakness of human beings - selfishness, stupidity, fragileness -and how he is one of those human beings, too.
Music also changed.
He used to write songs with the keyboards
In this album, on the other hand, he wrote all the songs with the guitar, and pursued the groove of live performance .
'Hamabeno uta' (a song of seashore)
'Chikan densya' (railway groper)
The story starts with a dispute:
" Don't touch me! -a woman is yelling out/ It's not me! -a man is also yelling out ... "
Now it might be associated with the movie 'Soredemo bokuha yattenai' ('I just didn't do it'; directed by Masayuki Suo, shown in 2007) .
'Sonzaiheno fuanto yokubouno juunikagetu' (12 months of uneasiness about being and desire)
He accompanies himself with the guitar and harmonica, singing the reality that people live in the world like virtual reality filled with soulless songs.
In this album, Kadomatsu shows himself clearly as a singer-songwriter .
And his challange goes on.
