More food mislabeling incidents have come to light.
In those cases, I always hear them saying that they are going to make efforts to restore confidence - but once the confidence is lost, it takes a lot to regain .
- Or have I been fed up with those same old remarks?
Anyway, I felt this time:
Now I'm reading an essay by a hospice physician.
One of the themes was what luxury is .
However, under poverty or ravages of war, the answer would be the night without gunshot, enough meal for family, going to school and studying -living safely in peace.
- I felt that real safe food might turn into luxury as I heard the news of food-labeling scandal.
