All songs in this album are single-bout recording with no overdubbing. This album shows the real appeal of blues with very simple style of performance -I thought I felt blues as the roots of rock, soul and various kinds of music, especially from " I Believe
" and " Lucille

A blues harp player KOTEZ
performs as a guest for three songs. Nagai is a pioneer of blues in Japan. Asano respected Nagai as his mentor, and Numazawa joined their duo and they formed "The Blues Power" inspring 2005. They went through a lot of various live performances. However, Asano had been fighting his chronic internal disease over the past year or two. He finally reached music he really wanted to pursue as a guitarist, and on the day this album was on sale, he departed to Heaven

(Bass) formed a new blues band "blues.the-butcher-590213" to take over Asano's will and passion for blues. ("590213" is Asano's birthday.) They often perform " Same Old Blues
They recorded a new album at the end of March 2008, and Nagai told on Mar. 27 thattheir album is coming onJun. 20.
