, and this is his first solo work in his career.According to him, his sworn friends were lost in succession back then -especially, the loss of Yoshiyuki Asano was a great pain, since they worked together through friendly competition as " J&B " and " J to B ". (About them: See Jun. 10, 2007)

Kajiwara wished to perspective on himself and his music, and recorded this album with various musicians he had been working together.
This album consists of two discs: " Inside Outside ".
Songs in "" are performed with acoustic guitars reflecting on himself.
Songs in " Outside " are performed with electric guitars radiating energy.
Some songs in this album had been performed by J&B or J to B .
Some songs that his lost friends loved are included, too.
Many of the songs were recorded overdubbing the guitars; reportedly, "Inside" are recorded with implications for J to B , and "Outside" for J&B.
Now, especially the songs in "Inside" might seem to be dedicated for Asano -" Thank You (He says that this song is dedicated for his mother) " We Are Not Alone " " Peace ", -and " Ever ".
The title of his second solo album is " You Make Me Smile
