if a massive earthquake hits Western Japan, there can be more than three hundred and twenty thousand victims at the maximum value, mainly due to tsunamis .
At the same time... even if a massive earthquake and tsunamis come, victims can be reduced drastically if necessary and effective measures are taken :
For example, immediate evacuation, making buildings more quakeproof, and securing places for shelter
-As a matter, of course -it might sound.
Then why don't we start what we can do today?
There are what individuals must do, society must do, and politics must do.
Then I don't think politicians have time for political chaos.
・What if there were people who choose not to escape and get swallowed in tsunamis on purpose in case of massive earthquake, deciding it would be better off to die?
・So far, I've seen articles about countermeasures at public institution and self-governing bodies related to this assumption of a massive earthquake in Western Japan, but I'm not sure if I've seen about countermeasures at nuclear power plants -am I overlooking the news? (See also Jun 19, 2012)
